Our Story
Natural fabrics · Indian craftsmanship · Timeless style
The Rooi Rang Story
Rooi Rang was born from a lifelong love for good clothes. Inspired by my mother, Shailaja, who taught me the simple joy of dressing well, this brand is my tribute to Indian artisanal craft and culture.
For over 14 years, I carried the dream of bringing handcrafted beauty to life. After spending 12 years working as a salesperson, marketer, and strategy professional, I finally chose to turn this dream into my full-time pursuit.
Every saree, suit set, and accessory at Rooi Rang is thoughtfully chosen to celebrate comfort, craftsmanship, and cultural heritage.
“Rooi Rang, meaning ‘the colour of cotton,’ reflects everything we stand for—natural fabrics, vibrant self-expression, and clothing that feels as real and grounded as the women who wear it.”
This is more than just a brand. It is my journey, my passion, and the simple joy of dressing well.
Clothing that moves with you, breathes with you — crafted from natural fabrics that feel as good as they look.
Every piece is handpicked to honour the skilled hands of Indian weavers and artisans keeping centuries-old traditions alive.
Rooted in Indian textile culture, our collections are a celebration of where we come from and the stories our clothes tell.
We believe every woman deserves clothing that reflects her true self — vibrant, grounded, and real.
