Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At Rooi Rang (“we”, “our”, “us”), we strive to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards and your expectations. This policy outlines the terms governing returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our website: https://rooirang.com/.
1. Exchange Policy
We offer size exchange only, subject to availability, within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria for Exchange:
To qualify for an exchange, the product must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Be free from stains, odors (including perfume), makeup marks, or damage
- Be returned in the same condition as delivered
Additional Terms:
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit in the form of a coupon code
- A ₹150 reverse pickup/logistics fee will be applicable per exchange request
2. Returns & Refunds
No Cash Refunds:
We do not offer monetary (cash/card/bank) refunds.
Store Credit Policy:
Approved returns will be processed as Rooi Rang Store Credit (coupon code) under the following conditions:
- Store credit will be issued only after the returned product passes quality inspection
- Processing time: 3–5 working days from successful quality check
- Validity: 12 months from the date of issuance
Additional Conditions:
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Orders placed using store credit/coupon codes are not eligible for return, but may be eligible for size exchange
3. Reverse Pickup & Logistics
- Reverse pickup is available only in serviceable pin codes
- Our logistics partner will attempt pickup up to two (2) times
If Pickup Fails:
- If both pickup attempts fail or your location is non-serviceable, you may be required to self-ship the product to our designated address
Charges:
- A ₹150 reverse pickup/logistics fee will be applicable
- For self-shipped returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs unless explicitly agreed otherwise
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 (forty-eight) hours of delivery.
Required Details:
Please email/share the following:
- Order number
- Clear images of the product
- Mandatory unboxing video (showing the issue clearly)
Resolution:
Upon verification, we will, at our discretion:
- Arrange a replacement, or
- Issue store credit (coupon code)
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following categories are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products
- Altered or modified garments
- Products purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers
- Jewellery items
- Products purchased using store credit/coupon codes (return not allowed; exchange may be permitted as per policy)
6. General Conditions
- Rooi Rang reserves the right to accept or reject any return/exchange request after inspection of the product
- Any product that does not meet the eligibility criteria may be returned back to the customer without exchange or credit
- This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on our website
